German chiller manufacturer Efficient Energy GmbH, who enables water as a natural refrigerant, is reorganising its management team. As of May, Matthias Adler will be responsible as new Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Adler succeeds Thomas Bartmann, who will assume the strategic representation of interests in politics and society as Market Transformation Executive.

The new Chief Sales Officer Matthias Adler, who also heads the Marketing and Service departments in this role, has more than 20 years of international management experience in Sales and Marketing, ranging from key account management to the development of new business areas.
