- The best cost-performance ratio: The stability of performance during the lifespan of a heat pipe solar collector is the primary concern for users. Over its lifespan, issues such as heat pipe degradation, increased thermal resistance between heat transfer components, low-temperature cracking of heat pipes, and aging components leading to heat loss can result in reduced thermal efficiency, less hot water, and even system failure. Through professional research and testing, we have solved these problems for you one by one.
- "Dry" solar energy refers to a design in which no water flows inside the all-glass vacuum heat collecting tube. This design eliminates problems encountered by "wet" systems (where water flows through the all-glass vacuum heat collecting tube), such as cracking and leaking, scaling, and freezing during winter. It enhances the stability and year-round usability of solar water heaters.
- Solar energy is collected by vacuum tubes. This traps the energy inside, similar to a thermos.
- Different collector systems with varying light collection areas can be created using series or parallel configurations. When combined with conventional energy sources, this setup can achieve round-the-clock operation of the hot water system. Since there is no water inside the vacuum tubes, the system continues to operate normally even if a vacuum tube breaks. The heat transfer fluid can be antifreeze, making it especially suitable for year-round use in cold regions.
- The U-tube solar collector is a collection unit composed of an all-glass vacuum heat pipe, U-shaped copper tubes, aluminum fins, and a support frame.The heat collection equipment and water tank are separate. The heat transfer fluid inside the U-tube conducts solar radiant energy, converting it into thermal energy, which is then transferred to the water tank through the heat exchange equipment.
- The U-tube solar collector's heat collecting pipes consist of vacuum heat pipes, heat transfer aluminum fins, and U-shaped copper tubes. The heat transfer fluid inside the copper tubes directly absorbs the thermal energy transferred by the aluminum fins, enabling the circulation and exchange of heat.The collectors can be installed in parallel or series configurations, with the system working pressure reaching 6 kgf/cm². The position of the collectors is not directionally restricted, making the system easy to install and maintain. After adding control devices, the hot water system can operate fully automatically.
03 Solar Thermal Pipe
- Vacuum tubes can be divided into two types based on the material of the heat-absorbing surface: one type is the glass heat-absorbing vacuum tube (also known as the all-glass vacuum tube), and the other type is the metal heat-absorbing vacuum tube (also known as the glass-metal vacuum tube).The heat pipe vacuum tube is a type of metal heat-absorbing vacuum tube. It consists of main components including a heat pipe, heat-absorbing surface, glass tube, and metal end caps.
- Compared to other types of solar water heaters, the heat pipe vacuum tube has the following irreplaceable advantages:
1. Freeze Resistance: Equipped with antifreeze heat pipes, the system will not crack even under extreme cold conditions of -50°C.
2. Quick Start: The heat pipe has a large thermal capacity and can output heat within minutes of sunlight. It also produces more hot water in partly cloudy conditions compared to other water heaters.
3. Scale Resistance: Since water does not directly flow through the vacuum tube, it avoids the issue of waterway blockages caused by scale buildup.
4.Good Insulation: The heat pipe features unidirectional heat transfer, preventing heat loss from hot water to the surrounding environment during the night.
5. High Pressure Tolerance: As the glass tube does not contain water, it can withstand the pressure from mains water and circulation pumps after being connected into a collector, making it especially advantageous in large and medium-sized hot water systems.
