On November 29th, Hiron Commercial Cold Chain held a grand opening ceremony for its factory in Indonesia. This milestone event marks a key move in the company's global expansion strategy, signifying that its overseas business has entered a new phase of development.
According to reports, with a total investment of 467 million RMB, this project is Hiron Commercial Cold Chain's first overseas production base. The factory occupies an area of over 70,000 square meters, with a total construction area exceeding 100,000 square meters. Remarkably, it took only 15 months from the commencement of construction in September 2024 to official operation.
The factory is designed with an annual theoretical production capacity of 500,000 units, comprehensively covering four major product lines: commercial freezer display cabinets, commercial refrigerator display cabinets, supermarket display cabinets, and commercial intelligent vending cabinets. This initiative not only addresses the supply gap for mid-to-high-end commercial cold chain equipment in the local market but also reduces product delivery cycles by over 30% through localized production. It significantly enhances responsiveness to surrounding markets in Southeast Asia, Oceania, South Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
According to a relevant executive at Hiron Commercial Cold Chain, the official operation of the Indonesia factory will not only significantly shorten product delivery cycles and improve the responsiveness of localized services but also effectively mitigate risks associated with international trade barriers. This move will enhance international clients' confidence in supply stability and lay a solid foundation for the company’s global business expansion.
Furthermore, the opening of the Indonesia factory coincides with the seventh anniversary of Hiron Commercial Cold Chain's listing on the A-share market. Over the past seven years, the company has grown steadily with the support of capital markets.
