Additionally, they have implemented a compressor reverse logistic program that ensures recycling occurs after an end consumer disposes a product. Finally, Embraco recognizes that innovation plays a central role in their strategy and it is a large part of their culture. They reinvest 3 to 4 percent of revenue back into research and development.
