Guangdong MBO Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd, established in China and relies on US MBO’s technology support, mainly focus on refrigeration equipments’ R&D and manufacturing, products covering residential air conditioners, light commercial air conditioners, air source heat pump water heaters, refrigerators and other HVAC appliances. It is reported that the third phase of Jun’an Changxing Industrial Base under development is planned to be 374000 square meters, which is positioned as South China Intelligent Network Technology Park, gathering a number of leading enterprises in subdivided fields to create a modern theme Industrial Park. The project invested by MBO covers an area of approximately 33333.3 square meters. It is estimated that the total investment in fixed assets will reach 550 million yuan and the annual output value will be about 1.2 billion yuan. It will be used to build a digital and intelligent production base of commercial special air conditioners, which is also a key step taken by MBO in the layout differentiation of commercial special air conditioners.
