On November 5th, to comprehensively enhance the service quality and exhibition experience of both the China Refrigeration and Cold Chain Expo (RACC) and the Asia International Heat Pump Expo (AHP), as well as to create a higher-quality and more exciting international event for the HVACR industry, Hangzhou Fima Expo Co., Ltd held a work review meeting for RACC 2024 & AHP 2024 on the second day after the brief break following the conclusion of the two Exhibitions. The purpose of this meeting was to conduct a comprehensive review of the work carried out for RACC 2024 & AHP 2024, analyze and summarize the issues with shortcomings during the exhibition, and make plans for the 2025 exhibition preparations. The goal is to build a more comfortable environment for communication and to provide exhibitors and visitors with a better exhibition experience, ultimately ensuring the success of a high-quality international exhibition.
During the meeting, managers and members of different departments all spoke in turns, thoroughly reviewing the situation of their own roles and duties regarding the exhibitions, conducting in-depth analysis of issues and shortcomings in their work with targeted improving solutions and suggestions which including key services details, such as optimizing traffic guiding arrangements in the venue and the way to it, refining preparation working schedules, enhancing forum content promotion, as well as training with clarifying personnel divisions. With these improvements, the company is aim to level up the over all quality of content and services of the two exhibitions, thus providing exhibitors and visitors a simper, more convenient and comfortable experience.
General manager Mr. Lv Mingle emphasized that the top priority for 2025 exhibitions is to improve service quality and standards. Additionally, the company will increase financial investment to enhance resource integration, and comprehensively expand promotional efforts for the 2025 China International Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration and Cold Chain Expo (RACC) and the 2025 Asia International Heat Pump Expo (AHP) both domestically and internationally. The aim is to actively and accurately invite more high-quality industry professionals worldwide, achieving new records in both scale and scope, and to present exhibitors and attendees with an even larger, more professional, and better-serviced international brand event.
