Steve Gill, the head of the World Refrigeration Day secretariat, has been appointed head of sustainable cooling at The Carbon Trust.
In this new role, Gill will lead global initiatives to address critical climate change challenges. He’ll also be charged with developing new propositions to address gaps and opportunities globally where The Carbon Trust can deliver significant mission impact.
Erstwhile president of the Institute of Refrigeration and director of ACRIB, Gill has considerable experience in the refrigeration industry. Over a career spanning more than 40 years he has held senior positions with renowned brands including GEA, Johnson Controls, Morris & Young, ABB Stal, Hussmann and BOC-Linde.
