On July 13, 2025, “The First Meeting of Expending the Executive Director of Zhejiang Society of Refrigeration 2025” was held in Xixi Campus of Zhejiang University. The meeting focused on discussing the work arrangements of the society in the second half of the year, and specifically deployed the preparation work and implementation of relevant publicity work for the 5th China International Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Refrigeration and Cold Chain Expo (RACC EXPO 2025).
More than 40 people, including Yang Yi, Executive Chairman of Zhejiang Society of Refrigeration, Chen Guangming, Vice Chairman, Zhang Ping, Secretary General, functional party branch members, members of the Supervisory Board, and heads of various specialized committees, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the heads of each specialized committee and working committee reported on their recent work situation and shared their next steps of work ideas, focusing on discussing the convening of the 2025 Council meeting and related arrangements. In addition, the attendees also focused on discussing and implementing the relevant work arrangements for the "Zhejiang Society of Refrigeration Academic Annual Meeting 2025" held simultaneously at the RACC EXPO, clarifying the direction for the smooth implementation of future academic exchange activities; Focus on the work of the "2025 Zhejiang Refrigeration Society College Student Recruitment Fair" to assist in the cultivation and transportation of industry talents.
At the meeting, Lv Mingle, General Manager of Fima Exhibition Ltd., first expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders and directors of Zhejiang Refrigeration Society for their attention, support and guidance to the RACC exhibition, and detailed the progress and achievements of the preparation for the RACC exhibition in 2025.
Mr. Lv stated that based on the good reputation and far exceeding expected exhibition effectiveness of previous RACC exhibitions, as well as our further strengthening of overseas promotion, the RACC exhibition will welcome its fifth edition in 2025 and hold a grand celebration. The scale of the exhibition will reach a new high, with an expected exhibition area of over 70000 square meters, 900+global exhibitors, and more than 150 international high-end professional forum summits, attracting more than 40000 professional buyers from home and abroad. In addition, this year's RACC exhibition will comprehensively upgrade its exhibition services and content, elevate its level, and strive to build RACC into a more open and harmonious international communication platform for the HVAC and refrigeration industry. As of now, there are over 600 registered exhibitors, of which 80% are old exhibitors who have renewed their contracts and expanded their exhibition area.
In addition, the heads of refrigeration associations from eight countries including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Malaysia have been invited to give keynote speeches at RACC EXPO 2025. At the same time, a large international procurement team will be organized to promote industry exchange and help enterprises understand and explore the international market.

Subsequently, Chen Guangming, Executive Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Refrigeration Society, pointed out in his concluding speech that the RACC exhibition, as an important communication platform in the industry, is of great significance in promoting the development of the refrigeration and cold chain industries. All relevant units should attach great importance to the preparation work of the exhibition. At the same time, all relevant departments should strengthen cooperation, integrate the resources of the society, conscientiously implement the work arrangements of the society, and present a high-level HVAC refrigeration industry event for the industry to "safeguard".
