On December 17th, the grand opening ceremony of Dunan Thailand's two new bases—Automotive Thermal Management and Thermal Heat Exchangers—was held at the Dunan Metal Factory in Rayong Province, Thailand. The official operation of these two new bases not only marks a key milestone in Dunan's global expansion but also signifies a comprehensive upgrade in the company's overseas manufacturing, technical services, and customer engagement capabilities.
As a core move in Dunan's globalization strategy, the two new bases carry forward the company's legacy of smart manufacturing. Leveraging their differentiated positioning and synergistic strengths, they establish an overseas core production network covering the fields of new energy vehicle thermal management and thermal engineering.
Focusing on the new energy track, Dunan Thailand's Automotive Thermal Management Base spans a total floor area of approximately 2,500 square meters. It includes core production workshops, precision machining workshops, and supporting office areas, specializing in the production of key components for new energy vehicle thermal management systems. Currently, the base is equipped with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million electronic expansion valves. By capitalizing on Thailand's geographic advantages, the base will significantly enhance responsiveness and supply stability for the Southeast Asian and global new energy vehicle markets, providing customers with more efficient localized support services.
The Dunan Thailand Thermal Heat Exchanger Base covers a total area of 8,000 square meters, with a building area of 4,700 square meters, equipped with specialized production and supporting facilities. It primarily focuses on two major product categories: micro-channel heat exchangers and dehumidification units. Centered on the Southeast Asian market, the base also extends its reach to overseas markets such as India and the United States. Leveraging advanced product development and manufacturing capabilities, it provides global customers with stable and reliable thermal component supplies, thereby continuously strengthening the resilience of Dunan’s global supply chain.
