Towering cranes dominate the skyline, machinery roars, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and construction crews work with precision in their respective roles... Stepping into the construction site of the Jiangsu Zhonghui Air Conditioning Equipment Manufacturing Project in the Xuliu Industrial Park of Huaiyin District, Huaian City, one is greeted by a scene of bustling activity. Currently, Plant 1 and Plant 2 have successfully passed completion acceptance, while equipment installation and debugging are accelerating simultaneously. Meanwhile, the main structures of the No. 3 and No. 4 comprehensive buildings are racing toward topping-out. The entire project is now advancing in high gear toward its official production target, set for January 2026.

"From driving the first pile foundation in January 2025 to completing the factory building in October, it took less than a year to finish the main construction of the project—such progress has exceeded expectations!" exclaimed Lin Shangli, Chairman of Jiangsu Zhonghui Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd., as he observed the busy construction scene. He expressed gratitude for the "nanny-style" service provided by the Huaiyin District government, which deeply moved the company from land acquisition to project commencement.
It is reported that the project covers an area of 100 mu, with a total construction area of 64,000 square meters. The first phase, spanning 34,500 square meters, has already invested 580 million yuan, covering factory construction and procurement of core production equipment. "Currently, we are intensifying efforts to advance road hardening, the installation of rainwater and sewage pipelines, and the pre-burial of power and communication cables. All production equipment was installed and debugged by the end of November, trial operations began in December, and mass production is set to commence officially in January next year," Lin Shangli explained. He noted that the company specializes in providing customized industrial cooling solutions, capable of precisely addressing air environment control challenges under complex working conditions. Whether it involves high-precision temperature control requirements in the military sector or efficient cooling needs in large industrial facilities, the company can meet customers' individualized demands with its core technological strengths. The total order volume for next year is projected to exceed 600 million yuan, with major clients including large enterprises such as China State Shipbuilding Corporation, Jiangnan Shipyard, and CATL, as well as the frozen food industry.

It is reported that upon full completion, the project will become a high-end air conditioning equipment manufacturing base integrating R&D, production, and sales. Not only will it steadily increase annual output value, but it will also create numerous local job opportunities, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Huaiyin District's equipment manufacturing industry. "We are confident in choosing and putting down roots in Huaiyin!" Lin Shangli stated. The company will take Xuliu Industrial Park as its core base, continue to deepen its focus on the high-end refrigeration sector, and constantly enhance its core competitiveness, contributing more to the economic and social development of Huaiyin District.
