Inflexion, the mid-market private equity investor is the new funder of Aspen Pumps Group, replacing 3i, which acquired the company in 2015 and has tripled its revenue in the intervening four years.
Since 2015, Aspen has widened its portfolio of brands, successfully bolting on six acquisitions and tripling its revenue during this period to nearly £90m.

This month, Aspen Pumps celebrated the milestone of selling one million pumps in a single year, which it said further cements its position as ’the wholesaler’s choice for innovation and reliability.’ The company said: “With offices and warehousing in the UK, France, Germany, USA and Australia, Aspen Pumps Group has become a truly global business on its journey from an East Sussex start-up founded by three air conditioning engineers in 1995.
