From Nov. 30th to Dec. 1st, Gree Italy held the Annual Agents’ Conference in Splendido Bay Resort in BS, Milan. All the core agents around Italy attended this conference.
After expressing the warm welcome and sincere appreciation to all agents, Mr. Nocivelli, CEO of Gree Italy, gave a detailed introduction of the development of Gree Italy in the past 3 years and the plan in 2018. He emphasized that he was willing to stay in close relationship with Gree to make more achievements in Italy market.
Mr. Eric Zhang, Vice General Manager of Gree Overseas Sales Company, addressed a keynote speech, showing that Gree definitely would penetrate into the market with higher market share, with strong backup from Gree headquarters, hard work of Gree Italy and best support of all the agents.
Later on, 2018 New Products were introduced by Sales Director Mr. Simone Bragato. The full range of R32 products and VRF attracted big interests from the agents.
In order to better understand the market, Marketing Director Ms. Raffaella and Technical Support Director Mr. Domenico respectively explained the EU regulations and standards for energy saving and green environment, as well as the strength and safety concerns of new R32 refrigerant.
During the period, the agents were also involved in the discussions for better understanding of the new refrigerants and new products. It is expected that 30% of Hi-wall splits will be shifted to R32 in Italy in the coming year and Gree's target is 80%.
On the second day, Gree Italy reviewed the performance of each agent and announced sales campaign policy and sales target for 2018.
During the conference, Gree Italy prepared a special surprise for the top sales performance agents of 2017. A rewarding factory tour has been arranged for them in Jan. 2018. This will be the first time that Gree Italy arranges factory tour for the excellent agents, which is absolutely encouraging.
In the end, Gree Italy and all the agents extended their new-year wishes to Gree family. Made in China, Loved by Italy. Gree is ready for the campaign in 2018.
