The Viessmann Group has acquired a minority stake in Nomnio d.o.o. Nomnio is a fast-growing software development company for connected products, services and solutions focused on the European HVAC market (heating, cooling, ventilation) and based in Maribor, Slovenia. The Nomnio team consists of around 20 engineers and will continue to be led by founders Matej Hertiš, Gregor Srdić and Martin Potočnik.

Nomnio specializes in IoT (Internet of Things) and has all the necessary capabilities to bring connected solutions to market. The company has established itself as a trusted partner and service provider in the European market during its nine years of existence.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
