ASTERIA has established its copper tube production line using the Cast & Roll methodon a 7.5-hectare infrastructure, with a nominal capacity of 30,000 tons per year to meetthe demands of both domestic and international markets. The company also aims toproduce insulated tubes and various types of copper fittings. A diverse product portfolio,the high quality of the products, reduced production time, diverse transportation, and fasterdelivery time have positioned ASTERIA as an ideal candidate for use in different industriesincluding heating-cooling and air conditioning systems, construction, home appliances, hospital equipment, and other applications. The ASTERIA has been awarded two ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, confirming the company'ssafety, operations, and the quality management systems. This plant consists of 13 main sections: Melting,Horizontal Casting of mother tubes, Surface Milling, Planetary Rolling (PSW, Primary and SecondaryDrawing (Spinner blocks), Level Winder, Intermediate Annealing, Inner Grooving, Finishing, Final Annealing,Quality Control, and Packaging.
