01 Fiberglass water tank
FRP molded fiberglass water tank is a new type of water tank currently adopted internationally, assembled from high-quality FRP molded fiberglass water tank panels. The characteristic is the use of food grade resin, made by high temperature, high pressure, and mechanical pressing. In terms of manufacturing process, adopting the production method of machine press molding, increased the strength of earthquake resistance and impact resistance, overcoming the defect of uneven strength of hand pasted products, improved compressive strength and service life. In terms of exterior design, the central part of the plate shows a concave arc, improved the pressure bearing capacity of the water tank. At the same time, there are flanges of 45 degrees and 90 degrees around the plate, without using corner connectors during assembly. It’s more flexible and adaptable.
The fiberglass water tank produced by our company is the first batch of recommended products in the National Building Materials Industry Bureau and the Ministry of Construction [1993] No. 330 document. 02 Stainless steel water tanks
304 stainless steel water tanks are divided into: 304 stainless steel welded water tank or 304 stainless steel bolted water tank.
304 stainless steel welded water tank: Stainless steel water tanks generally use SUS304 sheet metal, stable physical and chemical properties, no pollution to water quality, ensure clean and hygienic water quality, unique pattern type, high difficulty stamping forming process. To achieve high strength requirements with minimal material consumption, the weight is only one-third of that of a regular steel plate water tank, with smooth lines and beautiful appearance. The design should meet the customer’s requirements. The volume can meet all design requirements. 304 stainless steel bolted water tank: The appearance of the water tank is beautiful and generous. The module is formed by one-time stretching, no welding required, eliminating the defect of easy corrosion of welded joints in stainless steel water tanks. The overall structure is bolted together. The size can be combined arbitrarily, disassembly and assembly, convenient. No welding equipment is required during installation. 03 Underground water tank
The underground water tank is composed of a template formed by a one-time stamping and stretching of a bimetallic composite plate. The template ensures the safety and hygiene of water quality. The galvanized sheet ensures the mechanical strength of the water tank. There is no welded part in the entire template that contacts water, thus preventing corrosion to the water tank plate.
The new stainless steel composite panel adopts stainless steel panel. Galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet or color-coated sheet as substrate. After physical machining, it is made of polymer resin.
