Green Point Refrigeration Technology Service (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is the service brand of the BITZER Group, which is translated into Green Point in Chinese. Green Point Refrigeration Technology Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BRT and the subsidiary of Green Point in China, and is the original service organization of BITZER in China. The after-sales department of BITZER China is the business unit of BITZER in China, which carries out its after-sales businesses under the name of Green Point Refrigeration Technology Service (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
Green Point’s main businesses are providing spare fittings, selling refrigeration oil and providing compressor repair services for BITZER’s compressor customers. At the same time, it provides services in start-up commissioning, maintenance and repairing, technical consultation and energy-saving transformation. The new company will build and operate a number of repair service centers (repair workshops) to serve the entire Chinese market. At present, the service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan and Guangzhou have been completed and put into use, and the Chengdu service center will be completed soon. Through the various service centers, BITZER will further provide Chinese users with better and more timely services and after-sales solutions.
Set up in 1934 and headquartered in Sindelfingen, Germany, BITZER is a global compressor developer and manufacturer that has been designing and manufacturing compressors, condensing units and pressure vessels for 90 years, whose products are renowned for their high quality and efficiency. At present, the manufactures, sales and services of BITZER Group’s refrigeration compressors are in more than 100 countries and regions around the world.
Green Point Refrigeration Technology Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BITZER and is located in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The production workshop covers an area of 38,000 square meters, with 5 assembly lines and an annual output of 160,000 compressors.

2 Original spare fittings stock
Original spare fittings stock provides an additional assurance that Green Point’s customers will be served faster and better.
To ensure quality, reliability and longevity, the Green Point workshop uses only 100% BITZER original fittings. All original fittings are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are designed to meet the dimensions and tolerances requirements of BITZER compressors, so that their quality and reliability far exceed those of their replicas. In order to quickly and easily verify whether the fittings are BITZER original fittings, all original fittings have a QR code respectively.
Only the Green Point network is committed to systematically using quality kits containing all safety and wear fittings and to systematically replacing them.
3. Hoisting and transporting
In addition to compressor replacement or reinstalling services, if it is difficult to reach the final compressor destination, we can also provide complete transporting services, including hoisting and transporting services,
We will take care of the physical transporting of the compressors, including viewing the installation location and planning and executing the transporting operation.
If you choose our compressor replacing service, our hoisting and transporting operations can provide you with a new reinstalling compressor and replacing the old one within a day.
