"Talk Green. Walk Green” – this is the motto under which Danfoss is presenting heating and cooling technology solutions for decarbonization in residential and non-residential buildings at the ISH 2023 (March 13th to 17th in Frankfurt am Main, Hall 9.1, Stand C06). The trade fair presence is supplemented by a virtual exhibition with live streams and a wide range of contact options.
Solutions for consistent decarbonization in residential and functional buildings - that is the focus of the Danfoss trade fair appearance at the ISH 2023. Highlights of the presentation are a new series of automatic thermostatic heads with maximum control accuracy, complete sets for pressure-independent control of heated and chilled ceilings and a software solution for Adaptation of the control parameters of district heating transfer stations to dynamic network conditions. The growth market of heat pumps is addressed with high-quality compressors.
Functional building: Complete sets for pressure-independent control of heated and chilled ceilings
The highlight of the trade fair appearance in the area of functional buildings are the planning-friendly and easy-to-install Danfoss set solutions for the real pressure-independent control of heated and chilled ceilings. The plug-in sets consist of the 6-way NovoCon ChangeOver6 motorized switchover valves and the pressure-independent AB-QM 4.0 control valves with NovoCon S drive. They can be integrated into the building management system via BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU and take on all the functions required for efficiency-optimized heating and cooling ceiling operation, including precise dynamic hydraulic balancing. Danfoss will also be showcasing other solutions for optimizing energy efficiency in commercial heating, cooling and building management systems at ISH.
Compressors for heat pumps with ultra-low GWP
Last but not least, Danfoss is also presenting solutions for the growth market of heat pumps at the ISH, particularly for systems with ultra-low GWP (Global Warming Potential). The focus here is on the variable-speed scroll compressor VZN, designed for heat pumps with the natural refrigerant R290 (propane), and the Turbocor TGH, the world's first oil-free centrifugal compressor with variable speed and an extended operating range for high-lift applications. It can be used for heat pumps and heat recovery as well as in air-cooled chillers for high ambient temperatures.
