YUYAO WANSHENG REFRIGERATOR ACCESSORIES FACTORY was founded in August 1994. It is a private enterprise specializing in the production of appliance switches, junction boxes, screw-type lamp holders, various LED temperature control covers, ordinary temperature control covers and various plastic parts for refrigerators and freezers. The factory is located in Ningbo, a beautiful and prosperous coastal open city on the south of the Yangtze River Delta. It belongs to Simen Town, Yuyao city, an open and strong town known as the "city in literary", and has beautiful scenery and superior environment. It has a unique geographical advantage, and it takes only 1.5 hours to drive to Ningbo centre city in the east, Hangzhou in the west, and Shanghai in the north via the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.
The factory covers an area of 10,000m², with a plant area of 8,000m². It has an annual production capacity of 8 million refrigerators and freezers. The leading products, "Wansheng" brand appliance switches, junction boxes, screw-type lamp holders and LED temperature control covers, have more than 10 series and more than 60 varieties and specifications. They have passed IS09001 international quality management system certification, CQC China quality certification, CE certification, Swedish S certification, and national explosion-proof certification. The products meet the requirements of the "ROHS" directive. The factory has successively won the honorary titles of China Quality AAA Credit Enterprise, Zhejiang Contract-abiding and Credit-keeping Unit, Yuyao City Advanced Private Enterprise, and Simen Town Advanced Collective.
The factory now has more than 100 employees. The factory is divided into two departments: Technical Quality Department and Production and Operation Department, which are divided into Development Department, Quality Inspection Department, Purchasing Department, Sales Department, Finance Department and four production workshops (injection molding, stamping, circuit boards and assembly). The main production equipment includes injection molding machines, tilting presses, fully automatic stamping machines, fully automatic screw lamp holder riveting machines, ultrasonic welding machines and other supporting equipment. Injection molding uses high efficient automated assembly line operations, which save the human resource cost and improves production efficiency. In the process of product realization, the I509001 standard is strictly implemented. Every component is meticulously selected, processed, assembled and tested. Each process is strictly inspected and checked at every level to ensure that the products delivered to customers and meet their specified requirements.
