02. Continue to increasing investment in technological innovation and upgrade production.
In recent years, VOCKE has complied with the development trend of industrial automation and intelligence and continued to increase its investment in technical transformation of production equipment and testing equipment.
In the finishing workshop, there are more than 10 horizontal and vertical machining centers. The one-time processing and molding accuracy of the machine body reaches 3 microns (µm), which greatly improves the precision of processed parts.
In the unit assembly line, three-dimensional digital design is used to improve the standardization of the assembly process, which can provide customers with a complete set of customized solutions that include first design, assembly and production, and then debugging and installation.
In the compressor assembly line, the company will invest in intelligent piston machine and screw machine assembly lines in 2021. The assembly line achieves an effective combination of man and machine, greatly improving assembly efficiency.
The company has introduced advanced German WENZEL and HEXAGON three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines, which demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and high precision in handling different operations. It can provide many incoming testing functions like product inspection, production process inspection, tooling and fixture inspection, etc., which ensures product quality to the greatest extent.
