In order to expand production capacity and improve product market coverage, the company has set up Handan factory, Wuhan factory and Fengqiu factory successively since 2018, with a daily production capacity of 100,000 steel pipe parts, 50,000 sets of copper pipe parts and 4,000 sets of steel tank products. At the same time in Shunde, Nansha, Chongqing, Hefei, Wuhu, Zhengzhou, Qingdao set up warehouses, products cover the main refrigeration base in China.
In order to enhance the strength of scientific and technological innovation, the company has established in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with Zhengzhou University and Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, and established R&D center and R&D laboratory. The main pipe of steel pipe assembly adopts carbon steel pipe instead of copper pipe, and the branch pipe connected with evaporator, condenser, four-way valve, globe valve, compressor and other parts is still copper pipe, and the pipe assembly formed after welding, leak detection, phosphating and spraying after rust prevention treatment on the outside surface. Compared with the traditional copper pipe assembly, the amount of copper used in a single product can be reduced by more than 70% due to the change of the main pipe material cost. At the same time, after the main pipe is changed to copper pipe, the strength of the product is greatly improved, which eliminates the common defects such as oxidation and deformation of copper pipe parts, and effectively improves the product performance.
The air conditioning industry began to verify steel pipe parts in 2007 and used them in batches in 2011. After more than 10 years of market testing, no abnormal problems have occurred. Product reliability has been fully verified. At present, our steel piping products are the exclusive supplier of Haier, and the market share in the United States reaches more than 60%. Our company has developed a set of reliable production technology for carbon steel pipe parts. Before welding of all pipe products, anti-rust treatment is carried out on steel pipes. Water-based anti-rust solution is used to soak anti-rust, and the anti-rust solution is proported and replaced as required. At the same time, the warehouse is equipped with a drying room, the humidity of the drying room can be controlled within 20%, and the surface of the steel pipe will not rust after being exposed for 60 days in the normal indoor environment.
In order to ensure the welding quality division our company developed fully automatic high frequency welding machine, induction heating is performed by digitally controlled electric current, can accurate temperature control, the heating temperature can guarantee within + / - 5 ℃, achieve the result of rapid heating, when welding to prevent internal oxidation in welding of tube to nitrogen charging protection, at the same time, high frequency welding with welding ring as a solder can ensure welding quality stable and reliable. First inspection and spot inspection of welding products are carried out daily according to welding quality inspection standards to ensure that the inner wall is clean and the welding penetration is qualified. Internal leakage rate can be controlled within 100ppm and external leakage within 20PPM. At the same time, the welding compressive strength of the steel pipe can reach 35MPa without rupture.
At the same time, our company has customized special welding tunnel furnace combined with Xi 'an Aojie, which can weld carbon steel pipe and copper pipe in the furnace. During welding, the whole product is heated, the temperature is uniform and reliable, and the complex pipe parts can be welded in one time
The biggest difference between steel pipe and copper pipe in the refrigeration system is that the corrosion resistance of steel pipe is lower than that of copper pipe. In order to prevent or delay the corrosion harm and improve the service life of steel pipe in the refrigeration system, our company carried out a special research on the corrosion resistance coating of metal materials with Professor Wang Xinchang's team from Zhengzhou University in January 2021. A graphene system pipeline research and development center has been set up in Fengqiu County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province.
Combined with the latest graphene technology, the theory of graphene coating is proposed, which can improve the anticorrosive performance of epoxy powder coating by adding a small amount or trace amount of graphene, and improve the adhesion of epoxy coating by adding additives such as coupling agent that can enhance the adhesion between paint film and metal. Graphene is known as the black gold material in the field of new technologies and new materials. Due to its excellent thermal and chemical stability, 2D flake graphene can exist stably in high temperature, corrosive gas and liquid environments, which lays a foundation for its application as filler in the field of metal corrosion. Graphene is introduced into powder coating, and its highly dispersed sheet graphene can prevent corrosion medium from penetrating to the surface of metal matrix, and form a good barrier, enhance the compactness of coating, reduce the diffusion path of corrosion medium in the coating, and enhance the corrosion resistance of coating. At present, it has entered the test stage of sample testing.
