New regulations like the EU F-gas and the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, are driving the industry towards neweco-friendly refrigerants, with reduced greenhouse effect.Unfortunately, the majority of low GWP refrigerants raises another critical issue: flammability.The new refrigerant R513A,is a brilliantexception: it offers a -56% GWP reduction compared to R134a’s while ensuring complete non-toxicity andnon-flammability (Class A1 ofASHRAE 34, ISO 817). This is the reason why it has been chosen for the new FX-G05 range.

The main technological choices made for FX-G05 are a new generation full aluminum micro-channel coils,ideally positioned on a “V” block structure to optimizeairflow and heat transfer; factory-mounted pumps and pre-plumbed hydraulic components, for the minimum on-site installation
time, work and cost; high performing axial fans equipped withautotransformer for speed adjustment;
dry expansion, single pass shell and tube evaporatorfully developed by Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems. Dual rotor screw compressorshave been designed according to Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems specifications and for its exclusive use, to get the highest efficiency at partial loads.
Thanks to devoted technological solutions and accurate design, each FX-G05 configuration brings high full load performance and brilliant part load efficiency together, thus helping to reduce the energy consumption of the HVAC systems. The whole range is EUROVENT certifiedand compliant with ASHRAE 90.1 and ECODESIGN regulations.
Available from 140 to 1710 kW and fully customizable, thanks to a range of versions and accessories, FX-G05 allows custom-made application design for individual projects.
The W3000TEcontrol, with its internally developed algorithms, manages the unit operation and at the same time perform diagnostic functions, through the presence of a black box. On the user side, KIPlink, the innovative Wi-Fi interface to manage the unit in an easy and effective way, replaces the traditional keyboard on the machine (available on request) and allow the user to operate the unit from mobile devices simply by scanning the QR code positioned on the unit.
