The 27th CRH Expo Is Scheduled to Open Soon in Beijing

Jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Beijing Sub-council, Chinese Association of Refrigeration, China Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association, and managed by Beijing International Exhibition Center, the 27th International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, Heating and Ventilation, Frozen Food Processing, Packaging and Storage (China Refrigeration Expo) is scheduled to be held from April 7 to April 9, 2016 at New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing.

Initiated in the year of 1987, with the rapid growth of China’s HVAC&R industry as well as the support from relevant government departments and companies in this industry, China Refrigeration Expo has been reputed as one of the leading exhibitions in HVAC&R industry for its 30-year persistent improvement and innovation. It has been certificated by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and Foreign Commercial Service of Department of Commerce U.S. (US FCS). Currently, gathering with vast of world famous brands, China Refrigeration Exhibition has served as a gigantic and diversified exhibiting and marketing platform based on exhibits-demonstration and exhibitors brand promotion, with high-end forums and conferences as a carrier, supplemented in electronic communications through network. Also, the exhibition has closely integrated the production, industry science, research, application, management and media.

China Refrigeration Expo 2016 has more than 1,050 registered exhibitors with an area of 106,800 square meters and a net area of over 42,000 square meters. Due to the limited venue area, more than 200 exhibitors were unable to get a booth at the end. CRH Expo 2016 attracts companies and organizations from over 30 countries and regions including international pavilions of the United States, Europe, South Korea and India, gathering almost all the famous brands in the refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation industry in the world. It’s estimated that nearly 60,000 professional visitors and customers representing over 100 countries and regions around the world will attend this exhibition for business and seek for cooperation.

CRH Expo 2016, themed on “Vision, Integrity and Pragmatism for A Harmonious and Prosperous Society”, will feature various theme forums, seminars, and technical exchanges, with the aim to comprehensively analyze relevant national policies, focus on industry hot issues, industry technical innovation status and future development trend. It’ll continue the efforts on the promotion session of “CRH Expo Innovative Products”, organize effective visitors to the expo, high-end group visitors to participate in, and carry out activities such as in-depth communication and interactions relating to the expo. The organizing committee will continue to advocate the development concept of staging green expos, fulfill social responsibility in the capacity as hosts.

The organizers and domestic and foreign professional exhibitors will feature various theme forums, seminars, and technical exchanges, with the aim to comprehensively analyze relevant national policies, focus on industry hot issues, industry technical innovation status and future development trend. CRH 2016 will continue the efforts on the declaration of “CRH Expo Innovative Products,” organize effective audience to visit the expo, high-end group visitors to participate in, and carry out activities such as in-depth communication and interactions relating to the expo. The organizing committee will continue to advocate the development concept of staging green expos, fulfill social responsibility in the capacity as hosts.

At the same time, during the exhibition, the organizing committee, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PRC and other domestic and foreign institutions will jointly organize the Ozone Climate Technology Road Show and Round Table to discuss the technologies and routes of refrigerant alternative, providing important information for the future development of the industry.

Six Features in Inheritance and Development

1. Hold various theme seminars and symposiums based on the industry hot topics.

During the exhibition, the organizers will organize theme forums and seminars. Domestic and foreign exhibitors and industry organizations will hold a number of technical exchanges, international conferences and standards based on the theme of the exhibition, discussing and analyzing national policy, the global market environment and relevant hot spots of the industry, pointing out the developing trend and exchanging the latest trend of innovative technologies.

2. Arrange effective visitors and high-end visiting groups and carry out deep communication and interaction.

The organizers actively strive to intensify the organization work of high-end visitors, organizing overseas buyer groups, chief engineer groups from architectural design institutes in refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation fields, chief engineer groups from frozen professional design institutes in refrigeration industry and visiting groups in real estate developers to exchange with exhibitors.

3. Promote the brand image of CRH Expo through all-around publicity.

The organizing committee invites exhibitors to participate in the publicity activities; the Press Center along with over 60 industry media at home and abroad will conduct live shows in the internet during the exhibition; organize the interview of various exhibitors in this industry and make feature documentary of the exhibition. Totally 6 issues of the “Show Express” are published, one of which is English version, and the circulation is totally more than 100 thousand copies, which mainly cater to the exhibitors, users, visitors and professionals, provide a platform to promote the latest news of exhibitors, their innovative products and their company’s culture to present premium services for the exhibitors.

4. Adhere to an opening and cooperative strategy to gather the global superior resources in the industry.

With the concept of opening-up and cooperation, China Refrigeration Expo efficiently gathers superior resources from the organizations, exhibitors and media at home and abroad through the international and diversified comprehensive exchange platform of the exhibition.

International pavilions of America, South Korea, India and Europe participate in the exhibition every year with their world famous brand names. Representatives from over 30 professional organizations refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation industry around the world participate in the exhibition every year. The Ozone Climate Technology Road Show and Round Table jointly sponsored by Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of the Leadership Group of Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PRC and UNEP, which is the largest event of its kind hosted by UNEP, will be a regular event held during the China Refrigeration Expo. In addition to the conference, a road show zone covering an area of more than 500 square meters will showcase the latest technical progress and achievement for the refrigerant substitution. ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), EUROVENT (European Committee of HVAC&R Manufacturers) and EPEE (European Partnership for Energy and Environment) will continue to work with the organizers to host various seminars. The exhibition has become a place that yearly gathers old and new friends from all over the world.

5. Carry out “China Refrigeration Expo Innovation Product” activity.

Being the display window to technology innovation products of exhibitors, “China Refrigeration Expo Innovation Product” activity has become one of the featured activities of the exhibition. This activity aims to discover the most innovative and advanced representative products of all fields, reflect the latest technological achievements and development trend of the industry and enable users to have a better understanding of refrigeration air conditioning products.

6. Take advantage of the new media to intensify the publicity of the exhibition

The exhibition sets up a full-scale publicity coverage including outdoor advertisement, Exhibition Express, Press Center during the exhibition, and follow-up reports by more than 60 professional media at home and abroad. It takes advantage of the network, and starts the publicity activity of “365 days of China Refrigeration Expo” to form a seamless connection among visitors, exhibitors and the exhibition. 2016 is the first year of China’s 13th five-year plan. With the development of structural reform of the supply front and industrial transformation and upgrading, China’s the refrigeration, air-conditioning, heating and ventilation industry also embraces new opportunities and challenges. This exhibition strives to improve the exhibition quality and various services and promotes cooperation between the global industry colleagues through communication and exchange platforms.

In 2016, as two most important international professional exhibitions in HVAC&R industry, China Refrigeration Expo and Chillventa agree to cooperate in marketing, group visits, technical exchanges and others deeply and fully to promote the connection between Chinese and European markets. This marks the cooperation between two major exhibitions in China and Europe, which is a milestone in international exhibition cooperation.

The organizers of CRH 2016 visit exhibitors to further understand the industry situation and exhibitor demand and solicit opinions and suggestions on the refrigeration exhibition from exhibitors. Through the visits, the exhibition organizers can not only deepen the relationship with the exhibitors but also better future work. Influenced by the domestic and foreign environment, HVAC&R market in China slumped in 2015, which is the first slump over the past more than 30 years. The industry environment is not promising, but the number of exhibitors and the exhibition area in 2016 are as large as those in 2015 due to the organizers’ visit to exhibitors.
